All returns and exchanges can be made only on unusedmerchandise with original shoebox/tags and/or accessories, up to 30 days after delivery of your purchase.
Refunds can only be issued in the original form of payment or as a store credit.

Exchanges can only be shipped once the original items are received back. Exchanges are limited to one per order. For a quicker exchange experience, we recommend placing a new separate order and returning the original order for a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned to sender as refused or undeliverable by the carrier will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Items returned with shipping tape or shipping labels directly on the shoebox will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
